reset error count

It seems to me that counting cumulative errors isn't the way to go.

I'd rather see the error count reset after a successful file upload.  Then I would set the max error count to, say, 5 (try up to 5 times to send a file).  If it doesn't work five times in a row, something's wrong.  But if I'm uploading 10,000 files, even an error count of 100 doesn't necessarily mean anything's wrong.  And yet again, if 1 file fails 100 times in a row, something *is* wrong.
