Title: Gem package Post by: mcdanelz on July 18, 2007, 02:50:31 PM Since the only package I could find was the old version and the person that made the package doesn't seem to be around I made a new gem

Why not update the wiki home page and link to it? That way people don't have to search here. Title: Re: Gem package Post by: mcdanelz on July 18, 2007, 03:40:40 PM ok fixed I think. ignore that old attached file.
If someone could test it and make sure it works for them I'd feel better about making it easier to find. Title: Re: Gem package Post by: rberger on September 04, 2007, 11:00:55 PM So is the last attached file the latest version or is the latest version at http://www.celestial-mining.com/s3sync.gem.tar.gz? If not, how do I get a gem version of the latest version?
Is there a reason that the official distribution is not a gem? Is help needed to make a gem as part of the official version? There is a nice tool for assisting the production of gems: http://newgem.rubyforge.org/ I would be willing to help if the need is there. Thanks!
